Changes in Itinerary

Unused Services
If, for any reason, you are unable to use a service that has been booked through TravelAssist.Online, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to arrange a partial refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency or other unforeseen situations, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
